I live with bipolar disorder.

I give talks at schools — including Eton — through High Polar Talks. It's part of why I co-founded a mental wellness company. The lows taught me resilience. The highs fuel creativity.

In 2019, I ran, biked, and kayaked across Scotland in 12 hours for NICU after my niece was born at 27 weeks. She's thriving.
